1. Process model used for the project
 Water fall model
V model
Incremental process model

Explanation:-
 This model can be used when the requirements of the complete system
are clearly defined and understood.
 Major requirements must be defined; however, some details can evolve
with time.
 There is a need to get a product to the market early.
 A new technology is being used
 Resources with needed skill set are not available
 There are some high risk features and goals.
2.Software Requirement Specification
User Interface:-
 The software provides good graphical interface for the user any administrator can operate on the
system, performing the required task such as create, update, viewing the details of the book.
 Allows user to view quick reports like book issues/returned etc in between particular time.
 Stock verification and search facility based on different criteria.

Hardware Interface:-

 Keypad
 Continuous battery backup
 Printer which can produce the hard copy.
 Interface that connects the device to bank’s computer.
 An interface that can count currency notes.
 Processor: Pentium(R)Dual-core CPU

Software Interface:-

 Java language
 Notepad
 Any windows operating system.
 The PHP must be installed. For the database handling MYSQL must be installed. These products
are open source products.
