Position 1: Business Analyst
Role & Responsibilities:
 Understand the in and outs of all relevant in-house products/projects.
 Work on requirements gathering through written and verbal communications with clients and onsite staff.
 Coordinate with onsite and co-located teams for designing solutions.
 Document the requirements, and solutions for clients, and internal teams.
 Build process models, wireframes, and mockups for client/internal reviews.
 Show active participation in product release activities.
 Handle in-person presentations and webinars on product features.
Educational Criteria:
 BE / BTech / ME / MTech (CS / IT) Only.
 Percentage Should be 85% in 10th & 12th
 Pass out Years 2024 ONLY

Position 2: Quality Analyst
 Need to Write and Execute Test Cases
 Report Bugs with proper details.
 Need to participate in requirement discussions with Dev and BA teams
 Need to analyze and understand the Functional Specification Documents
 Need to interact with dev, and support teams for issues in the application and provide the required help with
troubleshooting issues.

Position 3: Technical Support
 Providing technical support to US Healthcare clients (EHR, EMR) via E-Mail, phone, and other electronic
mediums.
 Talking clients through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or
resolve issues.
 Work with the internal teams and the clients to take followup of the incidents and get the things done.
 Logging client queries using service management tools to record each & every query.
 Detect, record, and classify the incidents & provide initial incident support.
 Investigate, prioritize and diagnose the incidence based on impact & urgency.
 Resolve incidents and recover service as per agreed service levels & close the incidents.
 Maintain ownership, monitoring, tracking & communications about incidents.
 Provide management information about Incident Management quality and operations.
 Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software
developers.

Position 4: Odoo Developer
 Design and Develop ODOO apps (new module development and customization).
 Analyze the Scope document.
 Create low-level requirement documents in discussion with different teams.
 Follow best practices in Software development to ensure the readability and maintainability of the code.
 Re-use the features available in ODOO to fulfill the Scope objectives.
 Create a custom module in ODOO to meet the specific domain requirement.
 Follow the source code checking process to maintain the code in Git Version Control.
 Follow best practices for secure Software Development.
Required Skills:
 Strong knowledge of Python and programming concepts.
 Complete understanding of ODOO basic flow.
 Knowledge of data models available in ODOO core.
 Proven expertise in developing custom modules in ODOO.
 ODOO Techno functional knowledge.
 Experience in developing the latest versions of ODOO and Excellent debugging skills in Odoo.
 Experience in migrating from earlier ODOO version to new version.
 Core knowledge about the current features available in ODOO – Sales, Purchase, CRM, Accounts, Inventory,
Projects, Time-sheet, HR, MRP, Ecommerce, etc.
 Knowledge in handling ODOO front end(XML and JavaScript)
 Good knowledge of PostgreSQL with the ability to write SQL queries.
 View customization – work on Widgets, Wizards, Java Script, view XML, etc.
 Q-Web reports creation.
 Data import using ODOO import as well as custom import using Python.
 Knowledge of Version Control systems like git.Knowledge of Linux flavored operating systems.

Position 5: SOC Analyst
 Knowledge of current security trends
 Responsible for working in a 24x7 Security Operation Center (SOC) environment
 Working on L1/L2 task
 Work with the team in implementing SIEM solution
 Experience in SumoLogic and creating different types of Queries
 Responsible for integration of standard and non-standard logs in SIEM
 Proficient in Incident Management and Response, handling escalations
 Provide analysis and trending of security log data from a large number of heterogeneous security devices.
 Primarily responsible for security event monitoring, management and response
 Ensure incident identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and
monitoring
 Perform threat management, threat modeling, identify threat vectors and develop use cases for security
monitoring
 Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for SOC operations and presentation
 Work on triage of alerts generated from SIEM and other related tools maintenance
 Manage security incidents and reporting on a timely basis
 Analyze and validate security threats and recommend appropriate countermeasures to minimize the associated
risks
 Work with other teams to evaluate, implement and enhance security for infra, hybrid or cloud projects
 Implement and manage SIEM and other security tools
 Ability to handle high pressure situations
 Monitor and analyze logs and alerts from a variety of different technologies across multiple platforms in order
to identify and mitigate security incidents affecting the enterprise. This includes analysis of logs from:
IDS/IPS. Firewall. Proxies. Anti-virus and end-point protection. Servers and workstations. Cloud security
technologies and devices.
 Utilize a variety of security tools and technologies to analyze potential threats to determine impact, scope,
and recovery.
 Leverage network security tools and capabilities to support Cyber Threat Monitoring activities.
Required Skills:
 Knowledge of current security trends
 Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols, network analysis, and network/security applications
 Knowledge of common Internet protocols and applications
 Basic knowledge of Windows server and Unix/Linux operating systems
 Strong experience in SIEM platform implementations
 Should have sound technical knowledge in SIEM platform components and applications
 Should have technical problem-solving skills in terms of logging, integration approach and project handling
 Should have good knowledge of how infra and application security works in cloud platforms like Azure,
AWS, Google, Oracle, etc.
 Should have hands-on incorporating logs or events or flows from the cloud into SIEM tools
 Good working knowledge of MS-Office

Position 6: Angular Developer
 Integrating with back-end developers
 Delivering a high-quality application
 Analyzing requirements, designing and developing new functionality for a web application based in Angular.
 Creating reusable components using Angular to be used across the application.
 Supporting and fixing existing functionality’
Required Skills:
 Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
 Deep understanding of Web as an application platform, browsers, web-servers, web-services, and APIs.
 Familiarity and a working understanding of HTTP and web sockets.
 Must be fluent in writing applications/solutions using Javascript/typescript
 Must be able to create and design UI components using HTML and CSS.
 Strong fundamentals in Object-oriented design and must be able to program according to a given application
design.
 Must have knowledge about front-end application security and ability to write secure code.
 Strong understanding of Angular and must have experience of developing front-end applications using
Angular
 Must have strong debugging skills.
 Should be able to understand and extend existing project code.
 Technical Skills:
 Proficiency in Angular framework
 Strong command of HTML
 Expertise in CSS
 Advanced knowledge of Typescript
 Proficient in JavaScript
 Familiarity with SCSS (Sassy CSS)
 Solid understanding of front-end development principles and best practices

 Participate in requirement analysis and brainstorming
 Participate in design and implementation of the solutions.
 Managing DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines.
Required Skills:
 Knowledge on MySQL and Pandas
 Integrate and Handle MySQL database
 Experience building HTTP/REST APIs
 Experience managing background workloads with Celery and RabbitMQ
 Ability to write clean, modular, and testable software
 Strong unit test and debugging skills
 Knowledge on developing and managing microservices
 Proficient understanding of code versioning toolsGit (Github, Gitlab).
