We, the researchers of the University of Nueva Caceres, School of

Graduate Studies, Naga City and currently conducting a research
study entitled, “Redesigning Teacher’s Development Program for
Preservice Teachers: The Analysis Phase”. Our study participants
are preservice teachers (Locally Funded Teachers/LFT and
Community ALS Implementers/CALSI) who need assistance in being
prepared and appropriately equipped for job regularization and
permanent employment. This study is a requirement for a Master of
Arts in Education Major in Educational Leadership and Management.

In connection with this, we humbly request to allow us to have a

copy of the list of the locally funded teacher here in Tinambac
with their designation. Rest assured that the data that you will
provide will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will
