This article explores the influence of individual differences on ethical behavior in the context of business
ethics, with a specific focus on generational disparities. The research aims to examine whether there are
variations in the perception of the importance of business ethics, attitudes toward ethical issues, and
factors influencing ethical behavior across four generations in the workforce: Baby Boomers, Generation
X, Millennials, and Generation Z.
