The petitioner's humble plea to the Hon'ble Supreme Court of Adion regarding the
maintainability of the current suit under Article 32 is fully maintainable as Article 21, a
fundamental right was violated.

Whether the State and Institutional actors have failed in their duty and obligation under
constitutional democracy to protect the privacy and ensure women’s safety in digital
space?

It is respectfully put before this Hon'ble Court that the State and Governmental Institutions have
failed to safeguard women's privacy and secure their safety in the digital environment, as
required by constitutional democracy as the PDP Bill has not yet been passed, showing lack of
concern for digital safety and victims cannot come forward either due to lack of justice and/or
due to being stripped off their dignity by Institutional Actors themselves.
