General Instruction:

Given the necessary tools, materials and equipment, you are required to
weigh baking ingredients according to standard recipe requirement.
(Alloted time: 1 hour)

Specific Instruction:
1. Secure a copy of the recipe of soft rolls.
2. Wear your PPE.
3. Prepare the baking tools, baking ingredients and materials needed
for the production.
4. Using the weighing scale, weigh accurately the baking ingredients
following the recipe requirement. (Mice en Place)
5. Place the weighed ingredients in organized and clean area.
