6. TRI Scope of Services :
Design and Space Planning:
a. The contractor shall develop a detailed design plan and space layout that meets DCT
requirements and includes office layout, furniture, lighting, electrical and mechanical
systems, finishes, and materials including all necessary accessories, fittings &
equipment.
Authorities' approval & statuaries requirements:
b. Contractor should obtain all necessary approvals in accordance with all building codes
and regulations.
c. ADM.
d. ADCD.
e. ADSSC.
f. ADDC.
g. ADPHC , OSHAD.

Demolition and Preparation:
The contractor shall remove any existing walls, ceilings, flooring, fixtures, and fittings
that are not required, and prepare the space for the new fit out.
Construction and Installation:
The contractor shall construct new walls, partitions, ceilings, and floors, and install all
furniture, fittings, and fixtures as specified in the design plan and fit out manual
including all required systems to operate the space. Including but not limited to any.
necessary electrical, plumbing, mechanical work, life and safety, fire , IT, security & HR
related systems
• Furniture: Desks, chairs, tables, storage cabinets, bookcases, sofas, and other
seating arrangements.
• Flooring: Carpet, tiles, hardwood, vinyl, or other types of flooring material.
• Lighting: Ceiling lights, wall lights, floor lamps, and task lighting including all
necessary fittings , accessories & sensors .
• Walls and partitions: Drywall, glass partitions, movable walls, and wall finishes.
• Electrical and data systems: Power outlets, wiring, networking, and communication
systems including all related accessories, necessary cabling & DBs.
• HVAC systems: Air conditioning, heating, extraction, and ventilation systems.
• Plumbing: Cubicles, Sinks, toilets, urinals, and other plumbing fixtures.
• Window treatments: Curtains, blinds, or other types of window coverings.
• Signage: Wayfinding signs, company logos, and branding elements.
• Decorative elements: Artwork, plants, decorative objects, and other design features.
• Kitchen and breakroom equipment: Refrigerators, microwaves, coffee machines,
and other appliances.
• Audiovisual systems: TVs, projectors, screens, and audio systems.
• Security systems: Turnstiles, Cameras, access control systems, and alarms
Finishing:
• The contractor shall apply all finishes, including but not limited to paint, wallpaper,
flooring, and window treatments, as per the design requirements and specs.
