AGREEMENT FOR KITCHEN FIT OUT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

That I, Ferdinand Abalos Soco, of legal age, married, a resident of Lipa City, Batangas,

hereinafter known as the CLIENT and Alyssa Rose Aclan Maligaya-Reyes, of legal age,

married, a resident of Tingga Labac, Batangas City hereinafter known as the CONTRACTOR, do

hereby agree and state:

1. That the CONTRACTOR agrees to design, fabricate and install the agreed modular cabinets

and kitchen countertop with island counter at the contract price of Php 400,000.00 (Four

Hundred Thousand Pesos Only).

2. That the CONTRACTOR shall finish and turn over the said kitchen project at the said

contract price and in accordance with the plans and specifications as attached.

3. That the duration of the project shall not exceed 2 months except for unforeseeable

circumstances (lockdown, natural disaster, etc.)

4. That the CLIENT, agrees to pay 40% of the contract price upon signing this contract. The

60% balance to be paid in two portions:

• 30% upon completion of fabrication (Pre-installation and delivery)

• 30% upon successful installation on site (with acceptance from OWNER)

5. All materials will be supplied by the CONTRACTOR except for appliances. All purchasing of

CLIENT supplied materials can be done by the CONTRACTOR provided that the CLIENT will

shoulder the expenses on receipt and delivery charges.

SCOPE OF WORK:

- Construction and installation of new kitchen countertop with undermount sink and faucet

- Construction and installation of kitchen counter base cabinets, wall hung cabinets and

island with waterfalls on one side

- Installation of tiles on backsplash (30x60 or 60x60)

- Installation of cabinet organizers:

a. 2 Pantry Mechanism (450 mm) (Stainless)

b. Spice Rack (400 mm) (Stainless)
c. Magic corner (Space Creating Mechanism) (Stainless)
d. 2 Pull Out Dish Rack (600 mm) (Stainless)
e. LED Strip Light for Wall hung Cabinets (Daylight)
f. Sink and Faucet (Stainless) – Mounted under counter
g. 2 cutlery trays on 2 drawers (Bar Nook) and 1 additional drawer
