We are presenting herewith the Monthly Time Suspension Report (MTSR) issued by this
office in tabulated form in connection with the Request for Monthly Time Suspension Report
(MTSR) for the month of October 03, 2021 to December 31, 2021 for the project 21DK0180
- Concreting of Barangay May-it FMR, Barangay May-it, Lucban, Quezon, under contract with
JEAN MARIE CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY. During the actual implementation of the
project, it could not be avoided that the project will be suspended due to unfavorable
weather which rendered unworkable condition at the project site. Often rain slows down
construction works and causes delay to the project.

In view of the favorable recommendation of the Project Engineer concerned and

further evaluation made by this office, approval of the request for the Time Suspension with
forty-seven (47) calendar days relative to the subject project is respectfully recommended
pursuant to D.O. No. 42, Series of 2020.

Notwithstanding the approval of the Time Suspension of forty-seven (47) calendar

days, the project is still subject to liquidated damages if the completion will be further
delayed.

We will not file any claims against the

Government due to this Time Suspension.
