Oracle Fusion Cloud Absence Management Leave Balance Migration

Uploading Employee Leave Balance using the below HDL template (provided by oracle) using the
below template.
METADATA|PersonAccrualDetail|PersonNumber|WorkTermsNumber|AccrualType|PlanName
|ProcdDate|Value
Prerequisite
1. Use Notepad
2. Save file with ‘dat’ file extension
3. Zip the file
4. Attach HCM integration specialist role to the user.
Employee Id 2346 (as an example)
Leave Balance before migration

Navigation
Step1. Login to the system with your credentials
Step2. Click on My client groups  Data Exchange
Step3. On Data Exchange window; Click on Import and Load Data hyperlink
Step4. On Import and Load Data window, Click on Import File
Step5. On Impot File screen, click on Choose File and select your zip file you saved before and click
on Submit Now to submit the file.

Step6: If the Zip file contains correct data, you will find the following screen.
Note: click on refresh button to see updated status

Step7. Click on Home icon and return to home page.

Step8: Query employee and check the leave balance is correctly uploaded to their leave balance as
follows.
Step9. Click on Task panel and check leave plan balance.
