A. Write three sentences using the Present Perfect to refer to a repeated action.

- She has danced in five different countries. (She still dances in different countries)
- She danced in five different countries last year. (She no longer dances in different
countries)

2.
- They have travelled to Europe twice this year. (They might travel more this year)
- They travelled to Europe twice last year. (They won't travel more)

3.
- I have eaten sushi four times this month. (I might eat more this month)
- I ate sushi four times last month. (I won't eat more this month)

B. Write three sentences using the Present Perfect when time is not mentioned.

- He has read that book. (Hypothetical question: Yes or No?)
- He read that book last summer. (Hypothetical question: When?)

- She has visited Australia. (Hypothetical question: Yes or No?)
- She visited Australia three years ago. (Hypothetical question: When?)

D. Write four sentences using the Present Perfect with for (2) and since (2).

but we are not studying for it anymore.)

2.
- She’s worked at the company for five years. (She started working at the company
five years ago and she still works there.)
- She worked at the company for five years. (She worked at the company for five
years in the past, but she does not work there anymore.)

3.
- They’ve been friends since childhood. (They became friends in childhood and they
are still friends now.)

4.
- He’s the guitar since he was a child. (He played the guitar when he was a child,
but he may not play it anymore.)
