Good morning all our esteemed management, staff, and beloved students of

Hermitage Academy,
I am honored to stand before you today with some thrilling news that will undoubtedly
fillour hearts with pride and excitement.
It is my utmost pleasure to announce that our very own Mr. Vijay Mishra Sir our former
Vice Principal, has been appointed as the new Principal of The Hermitage Academy. Sir’s
dedication, passion for education, and unwavering commitment to our school’s
values make him the perfect match to lead us into the future.
But that’s not all! In addition to sir’s well-deserved promotion, I am delighted to share
that Mrs. Parul Negi ma’am, our esteemed former Principal, has been elevated to the
position ofDirector. Ma’am’s visionary leadership and tireless efforts have been
instrumental in shaping our school’s success, and her new role will undoubtedly bring
even greater prosperity to our institution.
I also want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible contributions of our
present Director, Mr. Manoj Negi, Sir. His unwavering dedication, tireless efforts,
and exceptional leadership have been the cornerstone of our school's growth and
success. Sir’s commitment to excellence and his ability to inspire both students and
staff alike have truly set a standard of excellence for us all to aspire to. His vision
and guidance have been instrumental in shaping the very fabric of our school
community.
Sir appreciates the hard work of Mr. Vijay Mishra Sir, recognizing his unwavering
support and willingness to go above and beyond to bring innovative ideas to our
school community. It is because of Mr. Vijay Mishra sir’s exemplary efforts that
this decision has been made.
Together, Mr. Vijay Mishra sir Mrs. Parul Negi ma’am, and Mr. Manoj Negi sir,
represent the epitome of excellence and dedication. Their leadership, guidance, and
steadfast commitment to our school community are truly inspiring, and I have no
doubt that under their capable direction, Hermitage Academy will continue to
