My Story

My name is Deolinda, I am 14 years old, I am attending grade 8 in Maxixe Secondary School. I live in
Maxixe with my parents and my two little brothers. I like to ride in a car but I don’t like like riding a
motorbike because is too dangerous. I ride to school on my bicycle and a take a bus to go shopping in
town. I and my brothers push a txova to fish water for the family. I use a boat to cross the bay to
Inhambane. When I visit my aunt, I travel by train. One day I would like to take an airplane to go
overseas.
