2. The uni-directional operation uses the larger ports located at the lower part of the
counterbalance valve. These are straight through ports to the opposite side of the valve and
connect to the machine mounted auxiliary hydraulics. These ports will yield the low pressure
drop required by hammers, compactors, or other uni-directional operation where low pressure
drop is desired.
3. A low pressure drop bi-directional operation is also available. This would be for attachments
such as augers, where you desire low pressure drop main flow, but still need the occasional
ability to reverse the operation. For this operation, use the same ports as the uni-directional
operation.

performed.
Do not use this machine for any application or purpose other than those
described in this manual. If the machine is to be used for duties involving the use of
special attachments or equipment other than those approved by Case Corporation,
