Hey there!

So, three key questions sparked the


creation of this challenge:

1) How do I choose myself?


2) How do I get obsessed with myself?
3) How do I glow up myself and my life?

So, over the next 30 days (and hopefully


beyond!!) that's exactly what we're going
to be exploring. I'm going to guide you
through 30 days of choosing you,
prioritizing you, loving you, and
creating some "I'm completely obsessed
with myself and my life" vibes as we
glow up both physically AND mentally.
Let's dive in!

Is this for you?

You keep hearing about this whole self concept thing and aren't entirely
sure how or where to start...

You have been burning yourself out binge-watching TikToks trying to


figure it out...

You feel yourself wanting to just give up and sink into the Victim
Mentality Pit of Despair...

You're willing to make changes & adjust what you're doing, but you're
just not sure where to start...

For those of you new to my world, my name


is Sarah Falciani.

I am a Certified Professional Coach, Mental


Performance Specialist and expert at
supporting my clients & students through
the process of transforming their lives from

GUIDELINES

For the next 30 days I challenge you to

1) Drink 6-8 glasses of water every day


2) Move your body for a minimum of 20 minutes, at least 3 days a
week
3) Commit to a consistent sleep schedule (as best as possible)
4) Set aside 10 minutes every morning and evening for journaling and
spending time with your goals/the life you want to create (manifest).

In addition to those four foundational things, the next page contains a


30-day calendar with a task to complete each day. Print out the
calendar or grab your planner and copy down the tasks for each day
and cross them off as you complete them.

“Glowing up” and transforming our lives is mind, body, and soul-level
stuff, and this challenge is designed to impact you in all three areas.
Like I said, it may not always be easy, but it will be worth it.

I recommend grabbing an accountability buddy to go through the


challenge with you, and I'll see you on the other side.
