MOTIVATION MASTERCLASS

1 What is your goal?

2 Why do you want this?

3 On a scale from 1-10 how motivated do you feel to take action towards this goal?

4 Go deeper! Ask the question "why" multiple times. Why is this important to you? Is there
something bigger or deeper that you "really" want? Something that aligns with your
values. (ie: I want purpose in my life, closeness and trust, connection to the ones I love, to
create a loving family, live a fulfilled life ect...)

5 Using what you just uncovered now answer this question. What is your dream?
Remember it is different than your goal. Your goals may lead you to your dream but the
dream is bigger deeper and more meaningful. Make is as short and powerful as possible!

6 How would your life, your relationships, your feelings, your future change if you
accomplished this goal? How is this goal leading you towards your dream?

Will you unlock parts of the dream as you go by pursuing the goal? Will it help you
feel energized, happy, confident ect? (this is the most important question on the page)

13 How can you make the process more rewarding?

MOTIVATION MASTERCLASS

14 How can I live the dream along the way and through the process? Are there small
ways I can live the dream each day?

15 After all of that, Is this the right goal for you? Are you excited about the process or
just the end result? No need to write anything down. Just think about it and rewrite your
goal if you need. You can pick a new goal that still relates to the same dream.

16 On a scale from 1-10 how motivated do you feel to accomplish this goal?
