rechargeable lamps, Solar Mini plants/Grid and Solar Home Systems in the Nigeria Market Set up distribution policy in line with the affiliate's channel of sales.
• Implemented Logistics strategies and pricing mechanism/Margins analysis per channel that achieved a sale of over 350,000 lamps.
• Developed and implemented the concept of last-mile product distribution strategies in partnership with an NGO.
