 1. Open Physical Splice
Panel on Term Panel

Fill out with CS##...(JB##...)Frequency#

Label Port
Select in "CCSM"

2. Select Circuit
Input CS##...TP.000#.000# 3. Click Edit

Input Customer Name

Select "Wavelength"
Select "Proposed" for Design Phase
or "Constructed" for Asbuilt Phase
