Terms & Conditions :
• Points will only be transferred to retailers who are Registered Retailers on the DeDhanaDhan App.
• Points can be collected starting on sales from 1st April 2023.
• Registered Retailer need to have the required points at the time of Redemption for the Reward/Tour.
• Points can be carried forward to upto 3 years.
• There may be multiple redemption periods in a year.
• Gifts will be supplied two to three months after the Redemption Period is over.
• It is the Retailer's resposibility to collect the points from their supplier on the DeDhanaDhan App.
• Applicable TDS under sec 194R will be deposited on the beneficiary's name by the company.
• Gifts will be supplied as per availability.
• All rewards must be claimed within the DeDhanaDhan App.
• The images shown are for representational purposes only. The actual product may differ.
• The Company will not be liable for model & colour unavailability or the change in the price of the vehicle.
• The Company reserves the right to change the items or the model of the vehicle without any prior notice.
• For trips and tours, eligible retailer needs to travel to designated station/airport .
• One Registered Retailer can take a maximum of 4 tickets per tour.
• Only the Registered Retailer/Spouse/Parents/Children are allowed to go for the tour.
• Valid ID will be required proving relationship at the time of redemption.
• Any other formalities as required by law at the time of the tour needs to be done by the retailer.
• Tickets will be issued to the Registered Retailer only and are non transferable.
• Company reserves the right to terminate or modify this scheme at any point of time.
• All disputes will be subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction.
• There may be modifications to the above TnC at the time of redemption.

• রজ াড খুচরা িবে তার পুর ার/ট েরর জন িরেড শেনর সময় েয়াজনীয় পেয় থাকেত হেব।
• পেয় িল 3 বছর পয সংর ণ রাখা যােব।
• এক বছের একািধক িরেড শন সময় থাকেত পাের ৷
• িরেড শন িপিরয়ড শষ হওয়ার দুই থেক িতন মাস পর উপহার সরবরাহ করা হেব।
• DeDhanaDhan অ ােপ তােদর সরবরাহকারীর কাছ থেক পেয় সং হ করার দািয় খুচরা িবে তার।
• ধারা 194R-এর অধীেন েযাজ টিডএস কা ািন ারা সুিবধােভাগীর নােম জমা করা হেব।
• উপল তা অনুযায়ী উপহার সরবরাহ করা হেব।

• দখােনা িচ িল ধুমা িতিনিধ মূলক উে েশ । কৃত পেণ র পাথক হেত পাের।
• মেডল এবং রেঙর উপল তা বা গািড়র দােমর পিরবতেনর জন কা ািন দায়ব হেব না।
• কা ািন কােনা পূব না টশ ছাড়াই আইেটম বা গািড়র মেডল পিরবতন করার অিধকার সংর ণ কের ৷
• প এবং ট েরর জন , যাগ খুচরা িবে তােক িনধািরত শন/এয়ারেপােট মণ করেত হেব।
• একজন িনবি ত খুচরা িবে তা িত ট ের সেবা ৪ ট টিকট িনেত পােরন।
• ধুমা িনবি ত খুচরা িবে তা/ ামী বা ী /বাবা-মা/স ানেদর সফের যাওয়ার অনুমিত দওয়া হয়।
• িরেড শেনর সময় স ক মাণ করার জন বধ আইিডর েয়াজন হেব।
• ট েরর সময় আইন ারা েয়াজনীয় অন কােনা আনু ািনকতা খুচরা িবে তােক করেত হেব।
• টিকট ধুমা িনবি ত খুচরা িবে তােক দওয়া হেব এবং তা হ া রেযাগ নয়।
• কা ািন যেকােনা সমেয় এই ি ম ট বািতল বা পিরবতন করার অিধকার থাকেব।
• সম িডসপুট কলকাতা এ য়ার অধীন হেব।
• িরেড শেনর সময় উপেরর শতাবলীেত পিরবতন হেত পাের।
