I’m a graduate of Animal Health Technology from the veteran College of Animal Health and
Production Technology, Ibadan, Nigeria and hereby apply for financial aid to learn Equine Welfare
and Management. This course would help me to widen my horizon in Equine Welfare Delivery.
I'm not financially buoyant due to lack of employment to take care of my expenses, as a result, I
can't afford to pay for the certificate of this course. It is very much difficult for me to gather such
amount of money for the certificate. Financial Aid will help me to take this course without any
adverse impact on my monthly essential needs. I want to improve on my skills and which the
reason for taking this course. "Equine Welfare and Management” will help me to gain practical
experience and simultaneously it will help me to get numerous employment opportunities. This
course will help to improve my performance, better understanding and give me an edge over my
competitors. A verified certificate will attach credibility to my skills and knowledge, I gain from
this course. I plan to complete all assignments on or before time. Also, I intend to participate in
Discussion Forums, which will be supplementary to my learning. I also plan to do grade
assignments that are to peer-reviewed which I believe will an invaluable learning opportunity.

I am applying for this aid because my main career goal is to become a successful and experienced
Dairy Production and Management personnel. I really want to learn and to progress in my career.
I want to gain depth knowledge of the domain so that I can work without having any difficulty in
future. This field requires constant learning. Taking this course will help me to learn necessary
techniques required to excel in my field. This course will help me to build great baseline of the
domain. It will further help me advance my knowledge. This course will help me to impact on
businesses and industry, thereby ensure better decision making towards future. As the world is
moving towards education beyond classroom learning, Coursera courses has helped many people
in their career building process in past. I hope through this platform, my career goals and that of
generations to come is guaranteed.
