Capstone Update #1

What I have accomplished so far

So far, I have found my mentor, who is Ms. Francis. I chose her as my mentor because I have had her as
a teacher before, and I connected with her last semester when I had her as my peer mentor Teacher. I
also contacted her via text and asked her to mentor me through my capstone project.

What I plan to accomplish by the end of the week

I plan to find the recipes that I want to use as inspiration, which will help me come up with my own. I
need to find foods that are different from each other and fulfill different cravings.

My needs (materials, time, space, mentor etc.)

I need to dedicate time outside of class and do some research and find the information I need to start.

Challenges I encountered and how I have overcome them

I have not encountered any challenges at this point in my capstone project.
