Food Discount:

Students should have a 5-10%, if allowed, discount whenever buying food.

Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness:

Cleanliness: Hallways, stairs, restrooms, or any place that a student stayed should be in state of being
clean, neat, and free from dirt, germs, or unwanted substances. Whatever grade or section the hallway is
opposite to, they are responsible for keeping it clean. It encompasses personal hygiene, tidiness, and the
absence of physical dirt or clutter. Cleanliness is often associated with good health, hygiene practices, and
maintaining a sanitary environment. It involves actions such as washing hands, taking regular showers,
cleaning living spaces, and keeping public areas free from litter.
Orderliness: Orderliness refers to the state of being well-organized, structured, and maintaining a sense
of order in one's surroundings. It involves arranging things systematically, following routines, and
maintaining a sense of discipline. Orderliness can apply to both physical spaces and personal habits. It
includes actions such as organizing belongings, keeping a tidy workspace, following schedules, and
adhering to rules and regulations. If a student is in a certain area, like the library, books that he/she
borrowed should be returned before or after the assigned date. Also, things should be the same before and
after leaving the area.

Properly throwing the trash:

Students are required to dispose of their trash in the appropriate bins, distinguishing between
biodegradable, non-biodegradable, and recyclable items. The bins must be clearly labeled, and students
are expected to adhere to the designated labels.

Following the school’s dress code:

It is mandatory for all students to adhere to the dress code set by the school. The dress code requirements
are in place to promote a professional and respectful learning environment. Students are expected to dress
appropriately, which includes wearing the designated uniforms or following the specific guidelines
outlined by the school administration. Compliance with the dress code is essential for fostering a sense of
unity, discipline, and academic focus among the student body. Failure to adhere to the dress code may
result in disciplinary actions. All students are required to wear their school identification cards (ID)
visibly and at all times while on school premises. Wearing the school ID serves as a means of
identification and enhances campus security. It allows staff members to quickly identify students and
ensures that only authorized individuals have access to the school facilities. Students must display their
IDs prominently on their person, such as around the neck or clipped to clothing, as specified by the
school's guidelines. Failure to comply with this policy may result in consequences, as it is essential for
maintaining a safe and secure learning environment.
Eliminating toxic masculinity, homophobia, and gender stereotypes:
Promoting a culture of inclusivity, respect, and equality is of utmost importance in our institution. We are
committed to actively addressing and eliminating toxic masculinity, homophobia, and gender stereotypes.
Through education, awareness, and open dialogue, we aim to foster an environment where all individuals
are treated with dignity and acceptance, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation.

To achieve this, we will implement the following strategies:

1. Education and Awareness: We will provide comprehensive education on gender equality, diversity, and
LGBTQ+ issues. This includes integrating relevant topics into the curriculum, organizing workshops, and
inviting experts to facilitate discussions.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy: We will enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination,
including toxic masculinity, homophobia, and gender stereotypes. Instances of such behavior will be
thoroughly investigated, and appropriate disciplinary measures will be taken.

3. Safe Spaces and Support: We will establish safe spaces within the school where students can express
themselves freely, seek support, and find resources related to LGBTQ+ issues. Additionally, we will
ensure that counseling services are available to address any concerns or challenges faced by students.

4. Inclusive Language and Representation: We will promote the use of inclusive language and challenge
gender stereotypes in all school communications, materials, and activities. Moreover, we will strive to
ensure diverse representation in curriculum materials, guest speakers, and extracurricular programs.

5. Collaboration with Parents and Guardians: We recognize the vital role of parents and guardians in
fostering a culture of inclusivity. We will actively engage with families to provide resources, workshops,
and opportunities for dialogue on these important topics.

By implementing these strategies, we aim to create a school environment that celebrates diversity,
encourages empathy, and empowers students to challenge harmful stereotypes. Together, we can create a
future where all individuals are respected and valued for who they are.
