1. Case research -

a. Open the below-attached link. Find the Supreme Court order or judgment that
has been referred to in the given link/ article. Provide the name of the case and
the citation.

b. Find 2 Supreme Court latest judgments where the court has held that section 34
of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Is not a valid ground to alter the
award that has been given by the arbitrator.

c. Once you have found the above-mentioned relevant judgments you are required
to provide a summary paragraph of each judgment. Mentioning what has been
held/stated in the judgment.

2. Summarise the Supreme Court case given below in two pages. Also, provide your
synopsis as to what exactly has been derived and concluded in the judgment -

a. Renu Mehra & ors Vs National Highway Authority of India, 15 March 2019.
