Fear

Through the night, they draw near,

All our deepest and darkest fears.
As our thoughts linger and loiter about,
There are few, not all, hear those sounds.

The sounds of our fears, engulfing us in -

Making us shiver, sweat on our skin.
But if somehow these fears had vanished,
From our thought, the had been banished.
What would happen then, who knows?
Would it cause chaos, what would it impose?

But through all these questions rise,

One thing is for sure.
Without fear, our life would be a bore.
'Cause fear is something that will keep you alive,
But it should also let you stay spry.

So if sometimes, you are swallowed by your fears,

Take a deep breath, keep your close ones in your heart, near…
And stand your ground as much as possible,
Face your fears, you shall be unstoppable.
