AURANGABD 431001 holding PAN KHKPS0771R hereby declare and undertake following:

1. We don’t have TAN/ Not registered with TAN

2. We are not liable to deduct/deposit tax section 203A of the Income tax Act, 1961
3. We will not deduct/ deposit/ raise any claim with regard to TDS with Hero Fincorp Ltd. (HFCL)
4. If in future I register/ avail TAN, I’ll give prior written information to Hero Fincorp Ltd. along with copy of TAN certificate to their
Corporate Care and take acknowledgement
5. HFCL will not be liable to entertain claim of any prior deposited/ prior period TDS
6. I/We agree to bear the losses that Hero Fincorp Limited may suffer due to same
