UNDERTAKING

This letter of undertaking is executed by DELUXE AUTOMOBILES (hereinafter referred to as the “BORROWER”) in favor
of Hero Fincorp Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “HFCL”).
IN CONSIDERATION of HFCL having agreed to disburse the loan against pending documents, the Borrower unconditionally &
irrevocably undertakes & agrees as follows-
 I am aware that my DELUXE AUTOMOBILES loan is being booked by HFCL on 31/3/2024 and the loan amount
is blocked for disbursement/release based on my request
 I am aware that the following documents are yet to be provided by me (“Pending Documents”) to fulfill the
conditions precedents for disbursement and enable HFCL to release the loan amount.

 I am aware that my above-mentioned loan in (1) will be disbursed by the HFCL only when I will provide the aforesaid
pending documents to HFCL
 I hereby agree and acknowledge that HFCL can charge the interest on the Disbursed Loan Amount from the date
mentioned in (1) and I further agree and acknowledge that I will pay the interest on the loan amount without any demur
or protest. I also agree and acknowledge that Loan amount will be released by HFCL only after the documents mentioned
in Clause (2) hereinabove are duly submitted to the satisfaction of HFCL
I fully acknowledge that only based on my above representation and assurances, the HFCL has agreed to book the loan amount
without which the HFCL would not have done so.
