Eating Habits

If you actually write down what you are eating on a daily basis, you probably will drop your jaw in
horror. The best way to achieve a healthy lifestyle, as far as our diets go, is eating more fruits and
vegetables. We all know that but why does it become so difficult to follow it.

Basically it comes down to this. Junk foods trigger our appetite and leave us longing for more.
One taste triggers your body to want to keep eating. Now if you could condition yourself to do
the same with green vegetables, you would have a tremendous change in your lifestyle. You
would be healthy and you would be both physically and mentally fit. So, I would suggest two
basic ways to improve your eating habits.

Add Fruits And Vegetables To Your Diet-


Well, we are children and we need all kinds of foods to help us grow so it is not actually
necessary to follow a diet. You can just cut on the amount of junk food you have and start
including more fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Make A Compromise-
Quitting is almost never successful. People think that they need to stop eating junk all at once
but then three days later they revert to their bad habits. Being healthy is not about missing out
on the foods you love. You just need to know your proportions. So, ease into it and slowly change
your eating habits for the better.
