You should have received physical copies of the LFSL Anti-Money

Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT)
Policies and Procedures, as well as the LFSL Group Whistleblowing
Policy & Procedures. Kindly read through and sign the attestation and
submit it to the Human Resources Department by Friday, April 5, 2024.

Additionally, please note the important dates for the upcoming week:

Orientation Date: Tuesday, April 2, 2024, from 9:00 am to 4:30

pm. Lunch will be provided on this day.
Remittance & Payments Training: Thursday, April 4, 2024, from
10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Cambio AML Training: Details regarding the time for Friday, April
5, 2024, will be communicated momentarily.

Kindly ensure you maintain your usual working hours (commencing at 7:45
am) until the start of the training session. At that juncture, feel free to
transition to the designated LFSL boardroom, where the training will be
conducted.

As stated in your engagement letter the following documents are

required:
If you have already submitted any of the documents listed below,
there is no need for resubmission. However, we kindly request your
prompt attention to ensure that any outstanding documents are
submitted by Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
1. Signed Engagement Letter - This can be submitted to our HR
department for copying.
2. 3 Passport sized Photographs for ID and Background Check
purposes
3. Proof of address
4. Birth Certificate
5. Educational & professional qualifications
6. Bank Account number for payroll purposes.
8. 2 written references from any two of the following
- Justice of the Peace
 - Minister of Religion
- Attorney at-law
- Former employer
- University lecturer
- Medical Doctor
- Police Officer (Rank of inspector upwards)
- Elected Representative ( Councillor, MP, Mayor)
