It feels can feel like, with all the new responsibilities involved in being a new parent, there's simply no time

lots. It might be 30 minutes before you go to bed, or 20 minutes over breakfast. The point is to find a little bit of
time when you can talk, make sure you're both ok, express anything that's on your minds - or just to be
affectionate and cuddle.
