XenDesktop Usage
To connect to the physical machine in Office via Citrix from your Personal PC you should have to
follow the three steps as mentioned below

Step 1: Install the Citrix Receiver in your Local Home PC

Step 2: Ensure the VPN is Connected Successfully
Step 3: Use xen desktop login Procedure

Step 1: How to install the Citrix Receiver in your Home PC.

For Windows Based Operating System:

Download the Application from the link mentioned below:

http://www.citrix.com/go/receiver.html.

For MAC Based Operating System:

Click here to download Citrix receiver for MAC based OS

Click on Download Receiver It will first download the receiver then you need to right click on same
and Install. Once installed please restart the system.

Step 2: How to Ensure the VPN is Connected Successfully

After the completion of Citrix receiver Installation follow the VPN connectivity with the help of
below mentioned link and RSA Token ID,

Click the link for Xen Desktop

Step 3: Use xen desktop login Procedure

Then follow the below instructions to connect to the Office PC.

At the end of each business day:

Save any important documents and then close all open applications running on your local and
Remote PC.
Run through the below steps to restart Xen Desktop and local machine.

Go to start, after selecting “shut down” select "Log Off" from the screen that
follows.

At this point, feel free to log off of your local machine by hitting Start, Log off.
