Nurse in past 3 years? in varied hospitals around the country, as well
as in A&E sometimes.

What information would you require on induction to a new ward Hospital Protocols on Medicine Management,
or department? Patient Care, Crash Trolley Location, Fire exit,
Breaks protocols, Overall good standard on how
to take care of patients and how to collaborate
with the rest of the team, who to report to
in case of incidents, etc.
What actions would you take following a sharps incident? Press and bleed down under a running tap,
report to the Nurse In Charge and go and see
occupational health.
What actions would you take if a patient has fallen and suffered Make the Patient comfortable where they are
a laceration to the head and unable to get up own their own? E.G putting a pillow under their head, Check their
vital signs including GCS, FInd a piece of Moving
and Handling equipment to get the patient off
the floor, Bleep the team that's looking after
them.
A patient complains to you they were roughly handled by a
member of staff earlier that day and you can see a bruise. What
