1) Hard fibrous Foods
During dengue our digestive system might work slow and hence we need to avoid
hard fibrous foods that cannot be digested easily.

2) Fried and Oily food


Fried and oily foods contain fat and bad cholesterol which can weaken our immunity
system.

3) Spicy Foods:
Spicy foods can cause acid accumulation in the stomach and result in more
troubles for a dengue patient.

4) Caffeinated Beverages
Caffeinated beverages can lead to diarrhea, acid accumulation and rapid heart
rate. All these can hinder the dengue recovery process.
