CCM (FS)/SECR/BSP’s letter No- C/SECR/BSP/FS/Genl Corrs ( file:5416/2020) dt. 13.03.24, During PCCM/SECR/BSP’s inspection at KRDS siding of NGP division, following deficiencies were noticed. 1. It was observed that e-way bill was not collected at the time of delivery. 2, Latest policy on EOL has mandated that for levying of ENHC proper record shall be maintained by concerned staff and must have the following details: a. Details of the availability of railway locomotive from placement to release of the rake. b. Details’ including the timings, in case the locomotive is withdrawn from terminal, while loading/ unloading is in progress. Hence, it is hereby instructed (i) ensure to collect the e-way bill at the time of delivery of consignment, and (ji) all the terminal working under EOL system strictly maintain all records as mentioned in item no-2.
