Food, more than any other commodity, carries profound territo-
rial and social significance. It has shaped landscapes and cities
and delivered a multitude of architectural typologies rooted in the
need to rationalise food. We have continuously modified our en-
vironment to ensure a consistent food supply. Today more then
ever, we must be more aware of the processes of food production
and consumption. In this week’s edition of SUPERMAGAZINE,
we shall talk about the domestication of BARLEY and BEER. Both
will be showcased to demonstrate how diverse the possibilities
of this product is, how you can take possession of this product
and understand its history. Thus descovering new recipes of the
making of BEER that are more ECO-friendly and energy saving.
