Entering guests are required to fill up the StaySafe Health Declaration Form at the Main Entrance. All guests will be
subject to temperature check

All guests interacting with the exhibits are still encouraged to wear of face mask (covered nose and mouth) AT ALL
TIMES inside the Museum. If an infant (1 yo & below), in a stroller or being carried by their guardian is not capable
of wearing, it will be allowed as long as he/she is accompanied at all times by their guardian. Please note that our
security may call your attention, but kindly explain that the infant is not capable and that their guardian is
accountable for the infant’s safety at all times
