TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

The applicant has approached the bank for the centrally sponsored scheme of goat farming
under the NLM - National Livestock Mission, Sub-mission on Establishment of
Entrepreneur for breed development in small ruminant sector (sheep and goat farming).

The bank assures that, if the case of Mr. Sunil Sreedharan under the Government scheme of
National Livestock Mission is approved by the State level executive committee (SLEC) and
central executive Committee (CEC) and will be received through the National Livestock
Mission online portal (https://nIm.udyamimitra.in) in our bank, then the bank will consider
sanctioning this loan and wishes him success in this new venture.

This certificate is only valid as a format of verbal approval. It is not any kind of bank sanction
letter. After receiving the online application from the portal of the Government of India, all
the documents are authenticated in the bank and physical verification will be undertaken
before sanctioning the loan. The bank will give its approval for sanctioning this loan only if
everything is found as per the guidelines of the bank. Also, the bank is completely free to
reject or cancel this case without assigning any reason. This certificate will not be legally
recognized by the bank as a letter of bank sanction letter of loan.

This certificate will only indicate that the beneficiary has approached the bank under the
scheme of goat farming and the bank could consider the proposal.
