Subject: Summer Schedule, 2022 of Flynas effective from 27th March, 2022 to
29th October, 2022
Sir,

Please refer to your letter No. CMSA/111/01/14/001 dated 14 th March, 2022


forwarding therewith the above mentioned schedule.

2. Approval is hereby granted to Flynas for their Summer Schedule, 2022


effective from 27th March, 2022 to 29th October, 2022 in respect of the following
services as per the details furnished in the schedule attached with letter referred to
above:-

i) 03 (three) services per week on route Riyadh-Calicut-Riyadh with A-320


aircraft;
ii) 07 (seven) services per week on route Riyadh-Delhi-Riyadh with A-320
aircraft;
iii) 04 (four) services per week on route Riyadh-Hyderabad-Riyadh with A-
320 aircraft;
iv) 03 (three) services per week on route Riyadh-Lucknow-Riyadh with A-
320 aircraft; and
v) 03 (three) services per week on route Dammam-Lucknow-Dammam with
A-320 aircraft.
3. This approval is subject to the following conditions:-
i. In the event of cancellation of any flight, an intimation to that effect shall
be furnished to this office immediately;
ii. In case of suspension of flights, this office shall be informed about such
suspension immediately and for resumption of any suspended flight, prior
approval of this office shall be obtained;
iii. Aircraft shall follow promulgated ATS routes for international operators
while operating to/through/across India except in cases where use of
domestic ATS route segments is permitted vide AIP Supplement No.
26/2005;
iv. Flynas shall ensure that the aircraft used in operating their services
to/from and over Indian Territory shall be fitted with Airborne Collision
Avoidance System (ACAS) as per applicable rules/regulations; and

v. Operations shall be subject to strict adherence to the MoH&FW’s


guidelines for international travel dated 10.02.2022 and as amended from
time to time.
4. You are advised to ensure that a copy of this letter along with a copy of the
approved schedule is delivered to the concerned ATS Reporting Unit(s) before the
commencement of this schedule.

5. Due to multiple arrival/departure of aircraft and consequent congestion at Delhi


airport, some delay in clearance of arrival/departure of aircraft might become
necessary.
