Dear Tom Smith,

I am writing on behalf of the Climate Change Association, where I am a volunteer. As

you may know due to the ecological footprint of humans climate change is increasing
dangerously. Extreme weather conditions such as droughts, flooding to evidence of
this dramatic change.

Unfortunately, there are fewer volunteers every year and less youngsters aware of the
huge problem that is on our planet, we are in urgent need of creating awareness
among young people. What is more, as non-profit organization we need assistance to
raise the necessary fund to start making changes to address this issue.

Our organization is planning to hold on a fair in middle march to help finance our
project at which there will be food stalls with not only organic food but also with
vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. We hope to hire Greta Thunberg, a 16 year
old young activist who is fighting against climate change and dealing with politicians all
over the word from a very young age.

In other to attract young people to our fair, we would also like to set up an outdoor
cinema and play a variety of climate change movies. Moreover, there will be outdoor
activities such as rock climbing, races, cooking classes etc.
