The e-school solution is equipped to handle digital authorization; and controlled access to information
using best practice security and authentication methods–users are restricted to authorized access levels.
Its robust security module ensures data integrity; Login pages require username and passwords to
provide regulated access control to specific areas.

Our objective is to embrace digital and automated process of having constant updated
statistics/database of all School Students with respect to their status as trying to use manual process
will impose a major challenge as regards the logistics and data integrity.

The solution also makes for easy, on-the-minute report generation and tracking of all information
according to the required categories. Authorized member of the school can access the back-end using
assigned password and access rights. Essentially, the reporting console provides an online real-time
access to all inputs made on the e-school platform; further promoting transparency in the school and
the related activities with increased efficiency in the audit process.

This initiative amongst other benefits permits the Executive Secretary, coordinator, and any other
designated member of the community view, query or print details of all student offered scholarship or
empowered by the community. This implies that records/data can also be monitored and intermittent
reports generated according to required categories.

Training and Capacity Building Initiative

One area that has posed a major setback for solutions deployment in Information and Communication
Technology is the dearth of required local skills. Some robust solutions did not achieve the required
milestones because of gaps incapacity within the client location.

AEON SOFTWARES shall provide capacity-building programs for the members of the School staff to
ensure in-school staff skills development in key technology areas. The training will cover the entire
members of the selected staff, which is aimed at equipping the staff with necessary e-school
competence to run an electronic process.

country, particularly regards to funding. Consequently, we have worked out a model that will ensure
that the implementation and on-going support of this initiative does not place extreme financial
burden on the indigenes. Also, we will always be available for technical assistance to the community.

4. Other Commercial Arrangements
To facilitate the security of the school portal and control the access to student’s result information, the
portal would be designed in such a way that every student will be required to enter a unique pin to
access their results. These Result Checking Pins are the being generated termly which would be used
by the student for a particular term ensuring that there is no double usage of pins. The school shall bear
the cost of generation / printing of the Result Checking Pins. This is done at the cost of N500 per
student per semester.

5. Terms of Agreement
 The client will provide all necessary contents for the website.
 The client agrees to pay the amount listed in the proposal upon completion of the project.
 The project timeline is estimated to be 9 weeks. However, the timeline may vary depending on
the factors such as the scope of work, client feedback, revision period, project complexity and
unforeseen circumstances.
 The company agrees to maintain and keep confidential any information relating to the client’s
proposal, data or information
 The developer will be responsible for the development and deployment of the website
 The company reserves the intellectual property

6. Conclusion
The Project proposal outlines the scope, timeline, budget, benefits, risk and mitigation strategies for the
development of a new website for Sacred Heart Nursery and Primary School. The project team is
confident that the project can be completed on time and within budget.
