SALIMBAG FRANCISCO (complainant 2), 09510256172,
29 years old, female, single and a resident of Prk. Bolinao,
Dawis, Digos, Davao del Sur, GRACE AGUIRRE
NAVARRO (complainant 3), 09452307234, 37 years old,
female, single, Sales Rep., and resident of Prk. 39, Ph.7,
Luban St., B.O Pampanga, Davao City, both personally
appeared to this station and request to put on record that
they have purchased a minivan/multicab to a certain KEZIA
MAE SHEILA ENATE RESALES (respondent), of legal
age, female, online seller and a resident of Blk. 60, Lot 7,
Deca Homes, Davao City. Wherein, complainant 1 have
given a down payment worth Php45,000 and was received
by the respondent at Mr. Jovencio A. Ariques law office on
June 15, 2022, complainant 2 also given also a down
payment worth Php55,000 to the respondent and was
received at Atty. EdguardBucoCuanan Jr., law office on June
11, 2022 and complainant 3 also given a down payment
worth Php45,000 and was received by the respondent at Mr.
Jovencio A. Ariques law office on July 12, 2022. That said
respondent promised that said vehicle will be delivered to
the complainant within 4(four) weeks. But to their dismay
that until this date of recording said promised vehicles were
not received despite constant follow-up of the complainants.
This prompted them to report to this station for recording.
Alleged Estafa
AMAL T TOLIA (complainant), 09451743101, 29 years old, Female, Single, Bonified
member of PNP, a resident of Block 129 Lot 11 , Deca Homes, Indangan, Davao City,
personally appeared to this office and requested to put in to record that sometime on
August 23, 2022, she came at the parking space outside Pryce Tower located at F.
Torres Street, this city and met up with LEHJON CUEVAS CELIS (respondent), 36
years old, male, married, a resident of Purok Santol Talandang, Tugbok District, Davao
City, accordingly she gave a cash amounting to Php25,000.00 in different transactions
to process the requirement of her Pag-ibig loan. That on August 26, 2022, respondent
gave the transfer Tax Certification with receipt. On September 2, 2022, she went to City
Treasurer’s Officer to duplicate, unfortunately, she found out that the said receipt was
fake, accordingly the said receipt was not released by the said office and the serial
number was not the same transaction, prompted thereat to come to this office for proper
disposition. for record and future reference
ESTAFA
 JEVIE TOMABIENE CALAGUI, (complainant)legal age, married, a resident of Blk 2.
Lot 3, Samantha Homes, Matina Aplaya, Davao City. Personally appeared to this office
and requested to place on record ELOISA GRACE SARNO BORLEO A.K.A GRACE
SARINO, (respondent) legal age, married, a resident of Monte Vista Villas., Brgy., Villa,
Kananga, Butuan City. Respondent was introduced by her friend Joel Degamo, if he
could lease a car for her Rent a Car business with his unit sedan Mitsubishi Mirage G4
bearing plate no. LAG 6930 with Certificate of Registration no. 430779915 and Official
Receipt no. 2112341055 in a monthly rental amounting to Php40.000 for the succeeding
three months. That on October 16, 2021. One MARK LEO MAHINAY her driver picked
up the said unit at Roxas Ave., Davao City after he was convinced thru the middleman.
That on December 6, 2021 while he is undergoing schooling at Cagayan De Oro City,
He came to know that the said respondent tied up another police officer in her rent a car
business which cause doubt on my part. Further, that on March 2022 her rental fee
started to delay. On April 4, 2022 he contacted the respondent thru cellular and decided
to pull out the said unit. That on June 10, 2022 He went to Butuan City to confront the
respondent but failed to turn over the said vehicle. On June 24, 2022, he went to HPG
13 to report the said incident and was flagged down the said unit driven by
OntalanA.K.A MarlonElumbaring the alleged renter of my vehicle Mitsubishi Mirage G4.

a resident of CBFBC compound, Sayre Highway, zone 1, Capt Bayong, Impasogong, bukidnon,
appeared this office and lodge a complaint against CORAZON OLAER TABUDLONG, female,
legal age, agent and a resident of Villa Abrille, Matina, Davao City. Fact: allegedly she met the
latter thru social media (face book) who acted as an agent for the condo unit that she rented
before at Spatial situated along Ma-a Road, Ma-a, Davao City, Accordingly, she gave a total
amount of rental fee worth Php60, 000.00 for the month of August-October 2022 included one
month advance deposit worth Php15, 000.00. That on sometimes of October 31, 2022 the latter
initially promised to return said amount advance deposit. On November 1, 2022 she contacted
the latter thru chat or text unfortunately cannot be reach/reply, thereafter, Ms. Tabudlong
contacted and informing to the reportee that she was out of town and promised again to return
the said amount by November 10, 2022 but yet again failed to return said amount. That on
November 17, 2022 she tried to contact but still not contacted, but to her dismay that until this
date of recording said promised advanced deposit worth Php15, 000.00 were not received despite
of constant follow-up, prompted her to report to this station for recording
