Participants can evaluate the relationship between agility and speed while engaging in a dynamic fitness challenge. Materials: Stopwatch or timer, cones or markers Venue: Outdoor Procedure: 1. Set up two cones or markers approximately 10 meters apart. 2. Stand behind one cone or marker. 3. On the signal, sprint to the opposite cone, touch the ground, and sprint back to the starting cone. 4. Repeat this shuttle run for a total of 5 round trips. 5. Time yourself from the start to finish of all 5 round trips. Scoring: POOR FAIR GOOD EXCELLENT over 40 seconds 30-40 seconds 20-30 seconds 20 seconds

Participants can assess their ability to maintain balance while reacting and manoeuvring through agility drills. Materials: Stopwatch or timer, cones or markers Venue: Outdoor Procedure: 1. Set up a line of cones or markers in a zigzag pattern, approximately 1 meter apart from each other. 2. Stand on one leg at the starting point of the line. 3. On the signal, begin hopping or stepping sideways along the line of cones as quickly as possible, maintaining balance. 4. As you hop or step, touch each cone with your hand or foot without knocking them over. 5. Continue hopping or stepping to the end of the line and back as fast as possible. 6. Time yourself from the start to finish of the zigzag pattern. Scoring: POOR FAIR GOOD EXCELLENT Over 35 seconds 25-35 seconds 15-25 seconds under 15 seconds
