0 BACKGROUND OF THE BUSINESS

“Something Garage”, a motorcycle workshop urban warehouse at Demak

Laut Commercial Centre, Jalan Bako in the City of Kuching, Sarawak. The garage was
established at 7 November 2022 by two close friend that just completing their study
in business, Alvin Loke Wai Hou and James. Their workshop are provided a mechanis
services and sells a motorcycle parts and component.

The exterior you can see the modern look with the motocycle mural and a big
signboard with a neon sign displaying the workshop’s logo and name. When you
enter the workshop you can see the different section cater to various aspects of
motorcycle maintenance and restoration. The workshop start their operation on
8.00 a.m. until 6.00 p.m.

The owner of this workshop, Alvin Loke Wai Hou and James have set their
mission and vision. The mission is “Provide the best experience for customer through
our services and products” and for the vision “Strive to be number one motor garage
in Malaysia”.

25 Loan from Big Brain Credit Sdn Bhd with amount Rm15000 to business
bank with cheque.
26 Purchased motor spare parts from Rizal Motor worth rm10000 on credit.
27 Returned motor spare parts worth rm1000 to Rizal Motor.
27 Credit sales to Ali Enterprise amounting to Rm 30000.
28 Ali Motor return goods amounting rm5000.
28 Paid Rm 20000 for Office Equipment in cash.
29 Received full settlement from Ali Enterprise for transaction in
27/11/2022 with discount 5%. The payment made with online banking
30 Paid staff salary with cash amounting rm6000.
