equality .This is not an isolated issue but an essential part of a broader transformation.

L: LEGISLATION should ensure that culprits of violence against women are imprisoned and others are
held accountable of their actions ,and victims should have access to effective legal resources and
protection.

E: ENABLING women to access job opportunities will not only provide financial independence but also
challenge the structural inequality that continue violence. Programs that support women's economic
participation should be encouraged and expanded.

A: AWARENESS campaigns, social media, civil society and governments should collaborate to promote a
culture of respect and gender sensitivity.

available to provide a safety net for those who have suffered from violence.
