These are my results:

One of my key strengths is my ability to make people feel supported and motivated
creating a warm atmosphere for my mates.
I have always supported my team at university projects, when a colleague was
struggling, i take the time to give them constructive feedback as well as different tips
which helped the team to overcome the challenges and get good results.
In the context of the company, I believe my kindness and encouraging attitude can help
create a positive work environment for everyone, increase the morale of colleagues, and
improve productivity, which is essential in a job. Whats more, I think is crucial to lift
everyone to achieve common goals in a company, so I believe this attitude is essential.

About my weaknesses, when deadlines are tight and the pressure is high, I can be easily
get stressed and it would affect my performance and team dynamics.
For example, at university, when the project deadline is approaching, and it is undone, I
feel overwhelmed which leads me to a stress moment where I cant concentrate and
making good decisions. This phenomenon increases chances of mistakes.
The first thing to do in these situations is to recognize the
weakness, in my case once I recognized that it is a
phenomenon that does not help in carrying out projects and
teamwork, I searched for help, I found different strategies that
were useful to me, such as breathing deeply to concentrate and
to calm down the nerves, take short breaks to don't feel
overwhelmed by the amount of activities and the most
important thing I have done to manage stress is to divide
projects into small and more manageable parts and focus on
one task, and not to try cover them all.
