Firstly, while creating a plan I always consider all the possible outcomes that

what could happen in that situation and other measures that can be taken in most
the adverse condition. I always create a backup plan along with main plan so that I
did not face any major setbacks. Let’s consider if work is somehow behind the
schedule, firstly, I will communicate with all the team members and encourage them
they had done what best can done because rather than demotivating and going on the
bad side of them, would drastically affect the situation. After that I will revise
the whole schedule and plan for extra work hours. I will also ask for the new
members other than that are already working in the project for more help and
support. And divide the work in small and productive chunks so that it can be
achievable.

And additionally, I will keep my own calm and composure to take best decision
because if I lost then my whole team will lost and whole project will fall off.

A good team leader should grasp the status,difficulties and regularly contact with
the team members to let them know how well they are doing. This facilitates
communication between the parties and will result in better solutions rather than
sticking to oneself in challenging situations because a team is better than an
individual.
Additionally, he must maintain his composure at all times to make the best
decisions under difficult circumstances because if a team leader messes up, the
entire group would disintegrate.

I am a results-driven person, and I am always assessing where we are in relation to

the objective and what it will take to achieve it. This stress keeps me energising
and inspiring. In reality, I made minimal goals for my most recent project so that
it could be distributed quickly and successfully. I also communicate with the team
members frequently so that I can monitor their development and offer assistance as
needed.Additionally,I also maintained my composure so that I could make the right
choices even under stressful circumstances.

The duties that come with this job give me a fantastic opportunity to show off my
talent and give me room to develop. I possess strong cooperative, adaptive,
calculative, and optimistic traits that will make the club and events run more
smoothly than butter.
