Description
I placed an orders with this company. Their
websites clearly states they pay shipping, any
additional fees, including VAT. It also states
free returns. It shipped and the day it was
supposed to be delivered I got an email from
EXPRESS FREIGHT FORWARDERS LTD INTL
DELIVERY SERVICES saying I had to make
another payment of 3,970 USD. I refused and
requested a refund from Amwaaj Inc. Since it
clearly states on their website, they pay
shipping and any other fees. Plus, free
refunds. I have given Amwaaj Inc many
opportunities to pay the $3,970 extra fees so
I could get the delivery. They stopped all
communication with me. At this time, I
requested a refund. That has not happened
either. Go to their website (which I took a
screenshot of) And you will see it says exactly
what I've said. Free Shipping, they pay any
fees, including VAT and free returns.
