Functionality

 create a job board. However, it should be the other way around. The
absolute focus is on the candidates/applicants, who should be the
center of attention. In principle a candidate board. With all the job board
themes, the employer is more in the foreground. in my case, the
candidate is the focus. this should also be directly noticeable on the
website and should stand out from the other job boards.
 The website should have all the features that the "Careerfy" theme from Themeforest offers.
 However, the following features should also be integrated:
 Candidate Alert

Candidates should be able to make further requests as to the conditions

under which they would like to be hired: Such as number of vacation
days, whether they want to have a company car, what region they want
to work in, whether pets are allowed, etc. these additional requirements
should appear as keywords in Candidate Detail.

 Employers should also have a button to express their interest and apply to candidates.
 Possibility to choose between several languages (the main language is german and
English ) but you should also be able to use all other languages like in Jobslands.com. This
translator seems to be really good.
 Very Important: The filter system on the start page should be based on several
attributes, e.g. like here: mobile.de... The filter system should not only be applied to jobs
but also to candidates (find candidate and find job).Like here, for example:
https://careerfy.net/jobtime/
 the candidate should have the option of deciding whether to make personal data and
images unrecognisable. If yes, candidate can have them made recognisable again if the
interested employer expresses interest in the respective applicant and asks to see all
contact details and pictures

Appearance

The existing website is okay. But this one is stiff. This should have a few effects. Something more
modern and not too serious. The choice of colours also fits to some extent.

However, I find the section transitions too straightforward. A little more rounded would fit better
into the overall picture. Just like the boxes. Somehow it doesn't fit. I think circles would make more
sense.

 highlight the candidate link or button wherever there is one (partially implemented!)
 Of course, the whole look should be adapted to my logo and it should not be quite so
angular. (partially implemented!)
 generally make all square boxes a little rounder. (partially implemented!)
 The header doesn't quite fit somehow. maybe it should stand out a little. somehow it's too
much of the same colour.

Candidate Profile:

the structure of this page can look like the one on the link.

https://apusthemes.com/wp-demo/careerup/candidate/ralph-johnson/

(partially implemented!)

At this point, the button "follow" and the button "I am interested" should be added.
Ideally, all buttons should be in one place and not one button at the top of the page and one
at the bottom. The "Button", "I am interested", Follow, Remember, "message", "Download"
should somehow be together. At least near the profile picture.
As already mentioned, the profile picture and all personal data (email, telephone number,
etc.) should be made unrecognisable until the candidate decides to make them visible again.
Employers should also only be able to download the attachments once the candidate has
decided to do so. Similarly, all links such as social media icons should only be forwarded once
the candidate has approved them.
further requests as to the conditions under which they would like to be
hired: Such as number of vacation days, whether they want to have a
company car, what region they want to work in, whether pets are
allowed, etc
It should also be possible to create additional skills as keywords, which would be visible here.

Candidate List:

Here too, the profile picture and all personal data (email, telephone number, etc.) should be
made unrecognisable until the candidate decides to make them visible again.

The following should be visible here:

current job title, career level, qualification, desired salary, job type (full-time, part-time,
temporary, trainee, etc.), area of work with radius.

I can imagine the listing like this:

https://careerfy.net/demo/candidate-with-search/

Jobs List:
I can imagine a mix of the two sides:

https://careerfy.net/demo/job-listing-w-map/

https://careerfy.net/demo/candidate/wanda-montgomery-11/

Job Details:

https://careerfy.net/demo/job/senior-web-designer-team-lead/

Employers List:

I can imagine the listing like this:

First section:

The Mainfilter (The most important thing)

The filter on the home page should be a real eye-catcher and the center of the page.

The filter system should not only be applied to jobs but also to candidates (find candidate and find
job).Like here, for example: https://careerfy.net/jobtime/

Maybe something like this:

You should search for the candidate according to the following characteristics:

 Keyword (input field)

 location of the candidate with radius (input field and slider for the radius)
 Work location with radius (input field and slider for the radius)
 Current job title
 Career level (dropdown)
 Qualification (dropdown)
 Work sector
 possible start date (input field)
 Salary expectations (from to as a slider)
 Desired entry bonus (Yes or no selection box. If yes input field.
 Job type (full-time, part-time, temporary, remote work)
 training, internship,) with selection box
 +advance Search (for further properties)

under the MainFilter you should have buttons/keywords where you can quickly access the
different careerleves and these should of course be linked to the respective filtered lists.

is implemented in the "CANDIDATES CAREER LEVELS" section. But without a proper link. In
addition, the boxes are too large and do not fit into the overall picture of the website.

Something like this should then appear under the filter:

Counter for the number of registered candidates with a small animation

The numbers are too big. But here, too, the focus is on the candidates. Perhaps it could be
emphasised more. The candidates should come first everywhere.

followed by the section:

How it works section like this:

(That's okay as it currently stands.)

Then the section:

Registration section for candidates and employers something like this:

https://jobcareer.chimpgroup.com/careerbuilder/

(That's okay as it currently stands.)

Next section:

Discover Resumes in popular categories

maybe you can make it a little more interesting

next section:

List of latest candidates, latest employers, latest jobs.

similar to here:

https://jobcareer.chimpgroup.com/careerbuilder/

As it is on the page, But somehow it also looks really old school!

The section "EXPLORE TRENDING CANDIDATES SECTORS". That also seems so out of date. I think it
would also be more appropriate if it wasn't boxes but rather circles, so that it fits into the overall
picture of the website.

the rest of the landing page is reasonably okay. Maybe you have some suggestions to make it look
more modern?

The dashboard would then have to be expanded to include the functions of interested employers,
following employers. And the release of personalised data and images. And the release of
attachments and links. Otherwise, you should also use all the functions offered by the Careerfy
theme.
