2.1 Overview
Laser welding is a new welding method and an important material processing technology. It is mainly used
for welding thin-walled materials and precision parts. The welding process belongs to the heat conduction type,
where the surface of the workpiece is heated by laser radiation, and the surface heat is conducted to the interior,
causing the material to melt and then cool and crystallize to form a weld.

4.1 Installation and Commissioning (3000W and below) (with Max Laser Source)

Firstly, the power grid ground wire must comply with the national standard requirements for machine room. The

wiring, pay special attention to PE as the ground wire and N as the neutral wire, as shown in the figure

4. Before cleaning, prepare a blower, a precision screwdriver, anti-dust non-adhesive tape, degreasing cotton
(fine cotton), industrial alcohol with a concentration over 99%, finger cots or rubber gloves, and lens
cleaning paper.

Advance: When starting processing, the advance gas output can be set. When the external start button
is pressed, the air will blow for a period, and then the laser will start to come out.
Delay: When stopping processing, the delay closing of the gas can be set. When stopping processing,
the laser emission will stop first, then delay for a period, and then stop the air blowing.
2) Ramp Control
