Go to this link –
https://education.oracle.com/NaanMudhalvan

Click on the Oracle Certification Course

Scroll down and find Create Account
 Click on Create Account

Enter the required data and click on Create account

After creating account, a mail will be sent to your email.
Login to your Email and find the mail from Oracle for email
verification.

Click On verify the email address

After verifying, It will show Success, Your account is ready to use.
Then click on the continue button.

Click on Activate learning

 Click on sign-in to activate the learning

Enter the login credentials and click sign in

After signing in, the page will redirect to the below page. Then click
on Go to your Learning

Click On Activate my account to proceed.
