    STEPS TO ACCESS

    THE NCP COURSE


    Visit iclp.phcc.gov.ph and under Login button, create an account by pressing the
    New Account button
    Click on the I agree to the Privacy Disclaimer button to proceed
    Fill up the fields and click on the Create my new account button to proceed
    Check the inbox of your registered email and confirm your registration by clicking
    on the link found in the email

    If the confirmation email is not found in your inbox, please check your spam folder
    Click on Continue to proceed
    On the homepage, scroll down and click on the course “Leveling the Playing Field
    through the National Competition Policy (NCP): A Blended Learning Course for
    Govrnment Agencies”
    Read the overview of the course, scroll down and view the NCP COURSE ACCESS
    GUIDE for a complete guide on how to complete the course.

    Once you have completed the course, a certificate of completion can be generated.
